Tart Cherry Chia Pudding

Tart Cherry Chia Pudding (CherryT): Chia seeds consists of Omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, iron, fiber, and antioxidants. The pudding is great as a dessert after lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen Montmorency tart cherry, ¼ cup Montmorency tart cherry juice, ¼ cup of chia seeds, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, and ¼ tsp ground cinnamon.
Cooking Method: Mix well chia seeds, Montmorency tart cherry juice and coconut milk. Prepare a thick gel type by soaking the mixture for 30 minutes. Take a food processor, pour chia seed mixture into the blender and the rest of the ingredients in it. Blend the mixture until creamy texture appears. The soaked chia seeds will give the required consistency of the mixture. Pour the prepared mixture in a bowl or glass and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
