The most important thing required in a partnership is openness, honesty and trust. All written information and documents need to be precise and well informed, well written easy to understand. If communication between partners is one to one then some minutes need to be wrote down, so nobody can dispute or argue what was said. Any emails or letters sent by post is always best to have proof of a paper trail, make copies of what was sent out and yes we cannot agree on them terms if this information is passed on
